Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Casual Bar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for hospitality, making every members experience as enjoyable as possible.
Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of beverages to customers in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including seating areas.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to members needs and responding promptly to requests.
Skills
- Strong time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of stock served.
- Previous experience in bar work is an advantage although full training will be given
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A friendly and helpful attitude towards customers, enhancing their overall experience.
The shifts will vary dependant on events and football days.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Pay: £12.71 per hour
