Job Title: Cleaner
Rate of Pay: £13.49 per hour
Position Type: Temporary to potential permanent, Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 20 hours per week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (6:00am to 10:00am)
Location: Buxton Lime, Tunstead Quarry, Buxton, Derbyshire, England, SK17 8TG
Role Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
- Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
- Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
- Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
- Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
- Ability to communicate and read basic English
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential

In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
All staff are required to wear appropriate PPE as provided in line with health and safety regulations.
In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. Own transport is a preferred due to location of Site.
