We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our UK Operations Team in Kingswinford. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in ensuring our production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
What Will You Do?
As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

Perform preventive and planned maintenance on production and operational equipment to maximize uptime.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment issues.

Maintain accurate maintenance records within the maintenance management system.

Identify and implement improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and equipment performance

Respond quickly and effectively to equipment breakdowns and develop preventive solutions to minimize future disruptions.

Support and train colleagues on the safe and correct operation of machinery when required.

Prioritize maintenance activities to support production schedules and operational goals.

Contribute to a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
What Are We Looking For?
Required Qualifications & Experience

Experience maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial equipment.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and basic knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications

CNC milling and/or lathe machining experience.

Experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

Continuous improvement or lean manufacturing knowledge.
