We are extraordinary people creating extraordinary experiences. #extraordinarytogether
The Bicester Collection was founded on a simple idea and a rebellious spirit: 12 luxury shopping destinations, 1,500 boutiques, and 1,500 colleagues representing 63 nationalities. Our people are the reason we win — and the reason we continue to grow.
Supporting our 9 European Villages, our Chief Culture Officer is now recruiting a Personal Assistant
This is a 12-month FTC starting end of October 2026
The role
This role provides high-level administrative and executive support to the Chief Culture Officer, ensuring the smooth and effective coordination of daily priorities, communications, meetings, travel and confidential matters.
The role also requires project and programme coordination support for the Chief Culture Officer's culture and philanthropic initiatives, requiring the ability to manage data, communications and logistics independently across multiple concurrent workstreams and be a point of contact for the Culture team.
Location: London
What you'll be doing
A few of the key responsibilities in this role:
- Manage and maintain the Chief Culture Officer's diary, proactively prioritising commitments and ensuring effective use of time
- Arrange complex travel, taxis, accommodation and itineraries, including international travel where required
- Organise conference calls, Teams meetings and video calls across multiple time zones
- Arrange internal and external meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, logistics and follow-up actions
- Support projects, events and culture-related initiatives as required, ensuring actions are tracked and delivered
- Coordinate progress updates and reporting across all philanthropic and culture programmes
- Build and maintain data trackers and dashboards (in Excel, PPT or AI tools) to monitor programme progress, applications, and campaign performance
What we're looking for
We foster a culture of winning together, and we work hard to ensure everyone is supported to succeed. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
- Experience of working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, deadlines and stakeholders at the same time
- Strong business acumen and understanding of working in a senior executive environment
- Confident, discreet and assertive, with excellent judgement when handling sensitive matters
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional style
- Experience in programme or project coordination, not solely executive administration
- Strong understanding of and confidence using AI tools (e.g. Claude, Manus, Copilot and other) to support drafting, research, data analysis and productivity — comfortable adopting new tools quickly
