Job Summary
Lily Jeans Apparel & Manufacturing Ltd is seeking a commercially focused Lead Wholesale Operations Manager to oversee wholesale order delivery, retailer support, stock coordination, and operational planning. You will lead the wholesale operations team and ensure products move smoothly from production through to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead wholesale operations across retailer, distributor, and key-account orders.
- Manage order processing, allocations, delivery schedules, returns, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate stock availability with production, merchandising, warehouse, and logistics teams.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfilment performance, lead times, and service levels.
- Build effective working relationships with retail buyers, distributors, and commercial partners.
- Lead, coach, and develop wholesale operations and customer-service staff.
- Resolve stock shortages, delivery delays, and account-related operational issues.
- Improve systems, reporting, and processes to support profitable wholesale growth.
Requirements
- Strong experience in wholesale operations, apparel, fashion, manufacturing, or retail distribution.
- Proven leadership experience managing operational or customer-account teams.
- Good understanding of stock control, order management, production planning, and logistics.
- Strong commercial awareness and confidence working with key retail accounts.
- Excellent organisation, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP, wholesale-order, or inventory-management systems is beneficial.

Pay: £4,700.00-£6,000.00 per month
