Job Title: Delivery Driver (Class 2)
Salary: £18.00 per hour plus discretionary weekly bonus & paid nights out – potential OTE £982.50 per week
Hours: 39 basic hours plus paid overtime (Nights out required - average 2 per week)

Job Purpose: The role of the delivery driver is to work in our fast-paced and time-sensitive environment, to load, deliver and collect goods daily to customers on time, in a safe manner and in a satisfactory condition. Deliveries will be predominately to the builder’s depots and occasionally to the customer's address.
Responsibilities of a HGV Driver:
- Completion of all vehicle checks before the vehicle is driven using the online App
- Load security (strapping of loads)
- Complete prompt and correct deliveries with the use of the delivery app (obtaining signatures)
- Maintain good customer relations by being always courteous and helpful
- Offer delivery of goods in the ground floor room of choice
- Ensure customer receives excellent customer service
- Keep vehicle clean and tidy
- Nights out are required
Skills and Experience Required of a HGV Driver:
- Full EU Driving License for 3 + Years with no disqualifications in the last 5 years
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is required
- No more than 3 Points on Driving Licence
Personal Attributes:
- Physically fit as the doors are solid
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and listening skills
