Job description
This is a very busy key role which requires excellent communication and multi-tasking skills. You must be highly organised, have a high degree of self-motivation and be articulate and professional at all times.
You must have an excellent telephone manner and proven experience in customer services or sales.
Microsoft office skills are essential particularly in Excel. Although, training will be given experience using Navision Software would be valuable.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Arranging appointments for your Area Sales Manager, with existing and potential customers.
- Inputting daily feedback.
- Providing administrative support.
- Sales order processing
- Answering telephone enquiries from customers and stockists
- Placing and organising the dispatch of orders
- Liaising with the technical workshop and factory
- Providing accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Computer literate
- Exceptional attention to details
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Team player and able to work independently
- Telesales experience is advantageous
