We are seeking a talented and personable individual to join our team as a Brow and Nail Technician. This dual role combines professional nail artistry with personal styling, offering an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about beauty and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nail treatments and makeup application, ensuring clients feel confident and pampered. A friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are essential to excel in this role. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Apply makeup for clients during appointments or special occasions, ensuring personalised looks that meet client expectations
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients’ needs and offering professional advice on beauty treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times
- Educate clients on aftercare procedures to prolong the longevity of treatments
- Stay updated on current beauty trends and techniques to deliver innovative services
- Communicate effectively with clients in English, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout each appointment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in nail technology and eyebrows application is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Organised with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- A friendly, approachable manner with a passion for the beauty industry
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in nail technology or makeup artistry are mandatory.
