Overview of the role
As a Buying groups Executive, you will be an important part of the nomination and set up process of a pharmacies preferred ordering channel for Bestway and Lexon.
The day to day of this role is fast paced and varied and the ideal candidate will be highly organised and have an eye for the finer detail.
The Buying groups executive will manage this process end to end communicating with multiple external and internal departments.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing email queries and calls from customers and external trading partners for both Lexon and Bestway.

Calling pharmacies to Validate buying group nomination changes and explaining the process if needed.

Preparing information for buying group nominations within strict parameters and rules.

Interdepartmental communication to resolve order transmission errors and customer service issues.

Communicating product portfolio changes to ensure the buying groups have products mapped correctly.

Working with the BCS finance team and buying group team.

Dealing with financial processes including Retro payments/ raising purchase orders and chasing invoices to ensure timely payment to the buying groups.

Using a dedicated Power BI dashboard to gather information and track performance.

Chasing up new account applications and updating the buying groups accordingly.

Communicating daily with the buying groups manager and supporting with daily tasks and information requests.
The Ideal Candidate

High level of experience in customer services/customer facing role, ideally as a telesales exec, customer service advisor or similar.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to build strong working relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders

IT literacy is essential as the role will involve working with internal systems and MS office regularly.

Highly organised and able to manage a varying workload efficiently.
