We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 3 Qualified Electrician, holding EL1 certification, to join our dynamic electrical team. Responsibilities
- Perform advanced electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Use hand tools and power tools to accurately complete wiring, conduit work, panel upgrades, and system troubleshooting.
- Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems to identify faults or potential hazards and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including inspection reports, compliance records, and maintenance logs.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Assist in training junior electricians or apprentices when required, sharing your expertise to promote team growth.
Skills
- Proven experience as a qualified electrician with CURRENT EL1 certification.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and multimeters.
- Strong knowledge of power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters for efficient installation work.
- Solid electrical experience across residential, commercial, or industrial projects with a focus on safety and quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues quickly.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly document work activities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
