amtri veritas is looking for an office-based full-time Operations Manager to provide support for our team. You are a people-person looking after the business needs and helping support the company on its growth path.
You will be overseeing business planning, project management, reporting, compliance, learning and development, change management, administration and office management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for client relationships and project delivery to time, budget and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring excellent administrative support across all areas of the business
- Managing work planning for the engineering and project management team
- Supporting training activities
- Providing professional support to the director
- Continuous improvement of back-office processes and the company quality system to increase efficiency and quality
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation through management of health and safety processes, staff records and data protection
- Supporting HR and other business-wide processes, including inductions, competence evaluation and monitoring of all staff
- Managing the social media accounts of the company
You will need to have the following skills/experience:
- Experience working in the TIC industry - ideally with a focus on machinery
- Able to manage, develop and influence people
- Able to manage concurrent projects
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organised and able to effectively manage conflicting and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Extensive administrative experience
- Experience of leadership and management of support services
- Professional approach
- Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs
- Team player
