We're looking for an experienced, motivated Kitchen Manager to take full ownership of our busy café kitchen.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and is confident managing all aspects of the kitchen. We're looking for someone who can bring ideas, stay organised, and help us continue to grow.

We're a busy café serving everything from full breakfasts and brunches to loaded fries, toasties, speciality coffee, açaí bowls, granola bowls and seasonal specials. Quality, consistency and great customer service are at the heart of what we do.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook all menu items to a high standard.
- Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Manage stock, ordering and supplier deliveries.
- Monitor food costs and minimise waste.
- Ensure all food hygiene and health & safety standards are met.
- Create staff rotas and help train and support kitchen team members.
- Work alongside management to develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised and running efficiently.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience in a busy café or kitchen.
- Has experience leading or managing a kitchen team.
- Is organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Has excellent time management and communication skills.
- Is passionate about fresh food and delivering a great customer experience.
- Holds a Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred but not essential).
