ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE
Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to details required. ABM uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the night manager or supervisor
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include: • Washrooms / Toilet / Showers / maintaining standards topping up consumables • Hard floor Cleaning / Spot cleaning / cleaning spillages • Carpet spot cleaning/ vacuuming • Cleaning Kitchenettes / Seating areas / Restaurant tables and floors / Waste removal maintaining standards • Reception / lifts / entrance doors / general maintaining standards • Dusting, maintaining the standards in all common areas ie; corridors / stairs / meeting rooms / offices • Touch Point Cleaning • Laundry duties as required • Scrubbing hard floors using a rotary machine or scrubber dryer • Carpet cleaning using carpet machine
