About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operational Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team.
This role plays a key part in enhancing warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations by analysing performance metrics, driving process improvements, and ensuring effective communication between central teams and frontline operations. The position requires close collaboration with warehouse managers and on-site teams to continuously improve operational standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse warehouse quality performance across JoyBuy UK operations, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Work closely with warehouse managers to drive on-site process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect, interpret, and implement new company requirements, policies, and performance metrics.
- Cascade operational updates and quality standards effectively to warehouse teams.
- Maintain strong communication with frontline staff to ensure alignment and smooth execution of processes.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor compliance, quality standards, and operational performance.
- Proactively identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Track and report quality improvement initiatives and outcomes to key stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement projects across warehouse operations.
About You
- 2+ years in warehouse operations, quality improvement, logistics, or a related role.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using operational systems and a wide range of platforms (e.g., Excel, WMS, reporting tools).
- Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with both management and frontline staff.
- Mindset: Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse quality control, process improvement, or continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performance tracking metrics.
- Experience conducting audits, inspections, or operational reviews.
