Bartender – Team (DeLuca’s, Liverpool City Centre)
We’re recruiting confident, charismatic Bartenders who can deliver pace, precision and personality behind the bar.

The Role
As a Bartender at DeLuca’s, you’ll be a key part of the guest experience. You’ll deliver drinks to spec with speed and accuracy, keep your station spotless and organised, and interact with guests in a way that feels warm, confident and effortless.
This is a high-energy, late-night environment where standards matter: clean bar, correct measures, consistent presentation, calm communication under pressure.

What You’ll Do
- Serve guests with confidence, pace and professionalism
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, spirits, draught and soft drinks to specification
- Follow pour measures, recipes, glassware and garnish standards consistently
- Set up and restock your station (ice, glassware, garnishes, tools, stock) to avoid shortages mid-service
- Record wastage accurately and use stock responsibly
- Keep the bar clean, safe and guest-ready throughout the night
- Apply Challenge 21/25 and support responsible service of alcohol
- Use chemicals safely (COSHH) and report hazards immediately
- Work closely with barbacks, servers and managers to maintain flow and keep service moving
