We are looking for passionate and committed Family Hub Support Workers to join our teams across Bristol’s Family Hubs and Early Help services, supporting families across East, Central, North and South Bristol.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support children, young people and families helping them to thrive, build resilience and access the right support at the right time.
You’ll support children, young people and families by providing early help through welcoming Family Hub spaces. This includes delivering activities, offering advice, and connecting families to the right local services.
You’ll work alongside partner organisations to ensure families receive timely, effective support that meets their needs.
In this role, you will provide a welcoming first point of contact, offering clear information, guidance and signposting families to relevant services and professionals, while contributing to the day-to-day delivery of services in partnership with others. This role requires flexibility to work across multiple sites where required.
