As a Group, Conference and Events (GCE) Planning Executive, you’re not just responsible for the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of meetings, conferences, group bookings, and events – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale, the role ensures a seamless planning experience whilst maximizing revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage meetings, events, and group bookings from contract handover through to event completion.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored event solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate event documentation, including function sheets, rooming lists, and billing instructions.
- Coordinate event requirements with operational teams to ensure flawless execution.
- Conduct planning meetings, site visits, and event walkthroughs with clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell hotel services, meeting space, accommodation, and food & beverage offerings.
- Ensure all event information, contracts, and invoices are processed accurately and in line with company procedures.
Support departmental revenue, service, and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi and Hilton systems is advantageous.
Previous experience in Event Planning, Conference & Events, Hospitality Operations, or Hotel Sales is preferred.
