Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and accurate Office Administrator to join our office team, supporting our farming, transport and tankering businesses. We welcome applicants from any administrative backgrounds. Pay is dependant on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Data & Compliance: Entering, verifying, and reporting operational and performance data.
- Financial & Payroll Support: Reviewing timesheets and job logs to prepare accurate data for payroll and invoicing.
- Proactive Follow-ups: Identifying and chasing up missing, incomplete, or inconsistent job logs.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintaining Health & Safety, HR, and training records in line with standards.
- Onboarding & HR Support: Assisting with new hire onboarding and ensuring compliant employee records.
- Inventory Control: Tracking and managing PPE and company uniform stock levels.
- Office Administration: Managing digital correspondence and providing daily administrative support.
Requirements
- Confident using Excel and experience data management system
- Accurate, organised and attentive to detail
- Good written English, numeracy and communication skills
- Able to work independently, meet deadlines and manage priorities
- Able to handle confidential information appropriately
Experience in data administration, finance support, HR or compliance would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
