1st Logistics Courier Services Limited are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join us as self-employed parcel delivery drivers across Gloucestershire.
What we offer
- Daily rate: £137.70 per completed route, with additional performance-based incentives.

What we’re looking for
- Reliable, motivated individuals with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Full UK or EU driving licence (maximum 6 points, no major endorsements).
- Ability to pass background checks (criminal record and driving history).
- Must be 21+ to meet fleet insurance requirements.
