Beaulieu House is a warm, welcoming and child-focused Children’s Home and Short Breaks service, providing both long-term care and short breaks for children and young people with Learning disabilities, communicate needs (non-verbal and preverbal) including those with health and medical needs and behaviours that challenge.
About the Role
We are looking for Casual Support Workers to join our dedicated and passionate team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for:

Casual staff play a vital role in supporting the service by covering:
- Sickness
- Annual leave
- Shortfall in the rota
Shifts are offered flexibly and can be picked up in advance (up to 8 weeks ahead), giving you greater control over your work-life balance.
Shift Patterns
- Early Shift: 07:00 – 14:30
- School Term Early Shift: 07:00 – 11:00
- Late Shift: 14:15 – 21:45
- Night Shift: 21:45 – 07:15
Shifts are available across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays.

- Providing high-quality, child-centred care
- Supporting young people with daily routines, communication, and personal care
- Promoting independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Creating and engaging in fun, meaningful, and therapeutic activities
- Working closely with families and professionals
Training, Development & Support
