Project Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Videographer & Editor to join our on-the-ground team in Belgrade, Serbia for an exciting project. This role will involve filming of live events and interviews around the country, as well as producing fast-turnaround social media content. This role will involve living and working full-time with the team in Belgrade for the duration of the project (accomodation provided).
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage of events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes moments using Sony Alpha and Sony FX-line cameras.
- Set up and operate lighting equipment.
- Edit video content on-site using Adobe Premiere Pro, with light motion graphics and finishing in After Effects where needed.
- Collaborate closely with TD.’s producers and creative team to shape the narrative and ensure brand alignment.
- Deliver daily, often near-real-time, edits for social media platforms under tight deadlines.
- Maintain a well-organised media management workflow for footage and project files.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a videographer and editor, ideally with a background in branded content, live events, and interviews.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro.
- Comfortable using Sony Alpha and Sony FX line cameras.
- Working knowledge of lighting setups and audio capture for interviews and live environments.
- Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and pacing, particularly for vertical/social-first formats.
- Ability to operate independently and efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
Logistics & Compensation:
- This is a flex-term freelance contract.
- Flights, accommodation, and per-diems will be provided by TD.
- You must be eligible to work as a freelancer and must hold a valid Passport.
- All necessary production equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, audio) will be provided - though candidates with access to personal gear should note this in their application.
