Lima Coffee is seeking a Part‑Time Supervisor to support the team in delivering exceptional coffee, smooth daily operations, and warm, community‑focused hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who embodies craftsmanship, teamwork, and a passion for great coffee.
About the Role
The Supervisor will help lead front‑of‑house service, uphold barista standards, and maintain Lima’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and customer care. You will act as a role model on shift, ensuring consistent service, efficiency, and a welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Support the team in daily café operations and service flow.
Lead and motivate FOH staff, ensuring high standards of coffee quality and hospitality.
Maintain exceptional customer experience, handling feedback professionally.
Uphold Lima’s values of community, sustainability, and warm hospitality.
Assist with stock management, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.
Build relationships with regular customers and local partners.
Contribute to continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.
Requirements
Must have barista experience and strong understanding of coffee preparation.
Availability for 4 shifts per week, Monday to Friday, with full availability between 7am–5pm.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
A positive, community‑minded approach and passion for hospitality.
Previous supervisory experience is essential.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
