About the Role
As a Housekeeping Team Member / Room Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay. Working under the direction of the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, presentation, and care in all guest rooms and public areas.
- Develop positive relationships with guests, colleagues, and visitors.
- Ensure the appropriate level of security is maintained for all guest belongings.
- Stock and maintain guest rooms to the required standard.
- Keep your uniform clean, presentable, and in good condition.
- Report maintenance and IT issues accurately and promptly.
- Work efficiently to meet daily housekeeping targets and deadlines.
- Follow all health, safety, and company procedures.
