About Primary Pools
At Primary Pools, we're changing the way children learn to swim.
We install temporary swimming pool facilities directly into primary schools across England, giving thousands of children access to intensive swimming lessons every year.

We're looking for an experienced Crew Lead Installer to become one of the key members of our growing installation team.
If you've led marquee crews, temporary structure installations, event infrastructure or construction projects and enjoy taking responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
No swimming pool experience is required - we'll teach you everything.
You will be given every single job at hand for the next 12 months, upfront. So you know the exact projects available (subject to change).
