About the Role
We are a fast growing B2B nail and beauty company seeking a reliable, detail focused Warehouse Operative to join our fulfilment team. This role requires accuracy, speed, and availability to support increased order volumes during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing, printing, and preparing customer orders using Shopify and integrated courier systems
- Working efficiently to productivity targets while maintaining high accuracy
- Managing stock levels, inventory accuracy, and warehouse organisation
- Maintaining packing materials and warehouse supplies
- Processing and managing customer returns
- Supporting senior team members as required
- Working additional hours during peak periods to meet business demand
- Occasionally supporting trade shows and events
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
- Proven picking & packing experience in a warehouse or fulfilment environment
- Experience using Shopify and courier systems (e.g. DPD)
- Flexibility to work additional hours at busy times, including launches and sales periods
- Ability to work at pace without compromising accuracy
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow systems and procedures
- A strong reliability and attendance record
