Duties

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop strategies that enhance market presence and brand awareness.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM software, particularly Salesforce, to track progress and forecast future growth.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for senior management and clients.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic planning.
- Represent the organisation at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales management within a relevant industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce, with the ability to utilise it for pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with clients and partners.
- Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.
- A recognised qualification in business administration, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
