Responsibilities

- Coordinate all event details—from venue setup and décor to catering, entertainment, and technical requirements—ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee on-site event operations, troubleshoot issues promptly, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Drive upselling opportunities by recommending additional services or enhancements that maximize event value.
- Maintain detailed records of event activities, budgets, feedback, and post-event evaluations to inform future planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in event management within hospitality settings such as restaurants or hotels is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, team members, and guests.
- Demonstrated ability in upselling services or products to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
