Compliance Executive
One Sixty Fundraising is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to join our team.
The Role
At One Sixty Fundraising, we recruit long-term supporters for some of the world's leading charities. As Compliance Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring our fundraising campaigns are delivered to the highest standards of quality and compliance across both our internal fundraising teams and partner agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for complaints and managing investigations through to resolution.
- Reviewing supporter and campaign data to support compliance investigations.
- Building strong relationships with internal teams, partner agencies, and charity clients.
- Supporting our mystery shopping programme and providing feedback to fundraisers.
- Monitoring compliance standards and helping to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on compliance activities.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who is organised, process-driven, and enjoys problem-solving.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with data and following established processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience in compliance, investigations, quality assurance, or fundraising.
- Experience handling complaints or customer feedback.
- An interest in compliance, supporter care, or regulatory standards.
