We’re looking for a motivated and people‑focused Sales Executive to join our growing commercial team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn, develop, and build a long‑term path in sales within a supportive, technically strong organisation.
You’ll work closely with our Healthcare Lead each day, gaining hands-on experience as you learn the role, support active opportunities, and gradually begin building and managing your own pipeline. We’ll provide full training, structured onboarding, and ongoing development, all we ask is enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to grow.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What you’ll be doing
- Building Relationships: Nurturing existing client accounts and ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
- Sales Administration: Maintaining accurate records, managing quotes and orders, and keeping our CRM up to date.
- Collaborating: Working closely with the wider team to ensure seamless communication and a fantastic customer journey from start to finish.
- Pipeline Development: Supporting the Healthcare Lead on active deals while learning how to confidently generate and manage your own leads.
Who You Are
We’re interested in people with the right mindset and behaviours, not just years of experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A Passion for the Product: Genuine enthusiasm for promoting products you truly believe in.
- Quick Thinking: The ability to think on your feet, adapt to conversations, and ask great, insightful questions.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Organisation: Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- A Team Mindset: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
