Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and safety guidelines
- Take orders from guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients and tools are available for service
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices and food safety regulations is advantageous
- Strong basic math skills for handling cash and calculating bills accurately
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Ability to serve multiple guests simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Familiarity with alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and eagerness to learn new skills are essential
