Social Media Manager & Sales Executive London
Impact One is a London-based social media agency helping business owners build their personal brand and grow their presence online. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Sales Executive to join our growing team.
The Role
You’ll split your time between managing content for our client accounts and finding new business for the agency. This isn’t a typical SMM role you’ll need commercial instincts as much as creative ones.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for client accounts
- Track performance and report on growth, engagement, and results
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients (hospitality, retail, lifestyle businesses across London)
- Build outreach lists, send cold messages/emails, and book discovery calls
- Support pitch calls and help convert leads into signed clients
- Stay on top of platform trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team
What we’re looking for:
- Experience (preferable) managing social media accounts (agency or in-house) a portfolio or examples of growth you’ve driven is a big plus
- Comfortable with sales or outreach confident reaching out to strangers and not afraid of rejection
- Strong written communication and a good eye for what makes content perform
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and pipeline
Pay: £24,420.00-£59,028.00 per year
