Salary: Up to £61,000 OTE based on experience

At Nurture Care Group Ltd, we are a small provider in the West Midlands specialising in long-term therapeutic care for children (aged 6–18) who have experienced considerable trauma. What You Will Do
- Shape Your Home: Drive a love-led, nurturing ethos that promotes core family values.
- Lead with Empathy: Inspire, motivate, and advocate for a dedicated team of care professionals.
- Maintain Excellence: Oversee daily operations, safeguard children, and ensure high regulatory standards.
- Collaborate: Partner with our internal clinical team and external professionals to deliver outstanding therapeutic outcomes.
- On-Call: Share regional on-call duties on a balanced rota (approximately once every 6 weeks).
Who We Are Looking For
- Experienced Leader: Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within children’s residential care.
- Proven Track Record: A history of achieving 'Good' or 'Outstanding' Ofsted outcomes is desirable.
- Therapeutic Mindset: Solid understanding of Therapeutic Practice, PACE, Quality Standards, and SCCIF.
- Qualified: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Care (or actively working towards it).
- Character: A proactive, organised communicator who leads from the front and advocates fiercely for children.
