Purpose of the job:
Responsible for working in the Investment wax area, operating wax and wax core machine and all aspects of manufacturing as per assigned duties to achieve production targets, high quality products and on time delivery. Shot blasting of commercial work working with fettle & finishing departments.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Production of cores using the core wax machine to the required quality standard· Production of wax impressions from the Wax machine.
- Preparation of the wax tree and shell mould.
- Assisting the cell leader with de-wax of the shell mould in the boiler clave.
- Assisting the cell leader with preparation of melt.
- Check equipment/tool for preventative maintenance.
- Liaise with and correct issues raised by the Quality Department
- Comply with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies
- Commercial Shotblasting
- Work in other departments when workload dictates
- Complete production related paperwork
- Adherence to PACE Quality Management System
You will be required to adhere to health and safety rules and regulations within the company.

This is a temporary role (5 month contract)
Production hours are Monday to Thursday 6.00am-4.15pm (plus optional occasional overtime)
