Workshop Supervisor / Senior Campervan Technician

Salary: £34,000–£38,000 per year (depending on experience)

Relive Campers & Conversions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to help lead our busy workshop.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience working on campervans or motorhomes and is ready to take the next step in their career. We're looking for someone who can lead by example, support the workshop team, maintain exceptional standards, and ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop finished to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and support the workshop team.
- Plan and manage the daily workflow to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Carry out campervan and motorhome conversions alongside the team.
- Perform detailed quality control inspections before vehicles leave the workshop.
- Ensure every build meets Relive Campers' high standards of workmanship.
- Identify and resolve any issues before customer handover.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop environment.
- Help improve workshop efficiency, productivity and working practices.
- Train, mentor and support other technicians when required.
- Work closely with management to ensure customer deadlines and expectations are met.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working on campervans or motorhomes is essential.
- Strong knowledge of campervan conversions, including:
- Pop-top roof installations
- Furniture fitting and cabinetry
- Auto electrics
- Window fitting
- Insulation and carpet lining
- Accessories and upgrades
- Previous experience leading or supervising a workshop team is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing outstanding workmanship.
- Ability to manage multiple jobs while maintaining quality.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
