A Quick Look at the Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll play a key role in helping customers find their next home while delivering an exceptional experience throughout the lettings journey.
Your role will include:
- Conducting property viewings and matching tenants with their ideal homes
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating rental terms and agreeing lets
- Progressing tenancies through to successful move-in
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting branch growth
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout the lettings process

Skills and Experience We're Looking For
To be successful as a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
- Ideally have previous experience within lettings, estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
- Be motivated by delivering outstanding customer service and achieving results
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Be organised, proactive and confident working in a target-driven environment
- Be IT literate and comfortable using technology
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
