We are a well established business and growing each year and we are now seeking an Administrator to join the administrative team and supports the Mortgage and Financial Advisors and play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient client processing. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the financial services sector, providing essential support to our mortgage operations. As a Mortgage & financial planning Administrator, you will be the backbone of our advisory process, coordinating documentation, verifying information, and maintaining meticulous records to facilitate seamless loan approvals. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service to our clients and contribute to the overall success of our team.
This would also be open to Graduate's that have studied Economics / finance or business management who is looking to break into the industry as we are happy to train and support and develop your career.

Duties
- Manage and organize all documentation related to mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Verify borrower information, including employment details, financial data, and credit reports, using basic math skills for calculations and assessments
- Coordinate communication between clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction flows
- Prepare and review loan files for compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Track application progress, follow up on missing information, and update records regularly to maintain workflow momentum
- Assist in processing approvals and disbursements by ensuring all required steps are completed efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and documentation for audit purposes
Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services processes related to mortgage lending
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic math for calculations involving interest rates, payments, and financial assessments
- Effective communication skills to liaise confidently with clients and team members

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year
