Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and dining space, following health regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently while providing exceptional customer care
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including food safety protocols and serving techniques
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a lively environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently
