Our client, a well-regarded and thriving Legal 500 law firm based in Evesham is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive/Licensed Conveyancer to join their busy and dynamic property team on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload that spans all residential property matters. You’ll be involved in all stages of transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring an efficient and client-focused service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a high standard of client care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling a variety of residential and commercial property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy, and lease extensions
- Managing each transaction from initial instruction to completion with minimal supervision
- Working with clients on a personal level, providing clear and practical legal advice in accessible language
- Collaborating closely with the wider team to ensure efficient case progression and client satisfaction
- Keeping up to date with changes in property law and best practices to ensure compliance and innovation in your approach
