Norley Hall Care Home is looking for a full time Night Senior Care Assistant to join our team in Wigan. This position will be working with individuals who have residential needs and may be living with dementia.
The primary objective is to provide support with personal care, meal time assistance, medication administration, lead a team of carers, provide access to medical professionals, care planning and other activities of daily living.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with dementia, have experience in leading a team of care staff in the absence of management at weekends, be flexible and able to work 12 hour shifts and some weekends.
We are looking for someone who has experience in a residential care home setting and holds an NVQ level 3 in health and social care.
