Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented team at our prestigious Pall Mall clubhouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow and develop their skills in a professional and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food under the supervision of senior chefs.
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to ensure a consistent delivery of excellence and positive member experience
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
About you:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A genuine interest in a career in high-end hospitality
- Ability to listen, follow instructions, and work well with others
- Adaptable and ready to take on new challenges
- Basic food hygiene skills
- NVQ levels 1 and 2 completed or in progress
