Job Overview
Cleaning days are currently Monday, Wednesday & Friday working between the hours of 5:00am & 7:00am. Please note as of 6th September, the successful candidate will be required to work Sundays between 5:00am & 7:00am
Responsibilities
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure thorough sanitation of surfaces, floors, and fixtures
- Maintain organised storage of cleaning materials and equipment
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to management
- Ensure all areas are left tidy, hygienic, and presentable at the end of each shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting light equipment and standing for extended periods
- A proactive attitude towards safety and hygiene practices
