About the role
As a Business Support Executive Officer, you'll be at the heart of delivering essential support to the Department, taking the lead on administering the Childcare Credit Scheme and Childcare Inclusion Scheme. Working closely with the Early Years Team, you'll coordinate applications, payments, appeals, monitoring and communications, helping to ensure these important schemes run efficiently and effectively for families across the Island.
You'll also play a key part in supporting departmental projects and day-to-day operations, from handling complaints and preparing reports to organising meetings, maintaining project information and working with colleagues and stakeholders across Government. This is a varied, fast-paced role where your ability to prioritise competing demands, build positive working relationships and deliver excellent customer service will have a direct impact on the Department's success.
If you're a motivated professional who enjoys making things happen behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you!
