Full Time (40 hours a week) Monday to Friday (core hours between 8am and 5pm exact shift to be confirmed weekly)

We are looking for a Warehouse Operatives to join our small team at our Warehouse in Newton Aycliffe. They will be responsible for the packaging and labelling of goods to get them ready for dispatching. A forklift licence is essential. Please state if you have one when applying. We are looking for reliable, positive candidates with a "can do" attitude to join our small, family run business.
You will be expected to maintain high standards in ensuring that our quality control standards are met and achieve daily targets. Essential to the role is ensuring that health and safety standards are always maintained and that general warehouse keeping is followed.
This is a vital role which is key to the distribution of our products around the country.
Essential Skills and Personal Qualities
· Previous experience of working in a warehouse environment although not necessary if you have a keen “can do” attitude with an eagerness to learn as training will be provided.
· Good communication skills
· The ability to work alone or as part of a team

Things to Consider
The role is subject to a 6 month probationary period. There will opportunities for pay rises, following 6 month probationary period, based on performance and commitment if you are able to prove yourself to be an asset to our company. Performance based bonuses also available. Overtime often available.
