Experienced Store Manager
An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time, experienced and driven Retail Manager at our Harrogate Store. This individual will have a strong managerial background and knowledge of high street fashion. They will lead our team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, manage inventory and ensure the smooth and efficient daily running of the store.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Supervise and support store staff including assisting with recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention of staff.
- Encourage a high standard of visual merchandising and ensure store housekeeping standards are constantly met.
- Support our marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness.
- Maximise sales and implement strategies to drive performance.
- Report into head management with sales figures and monthly store performance.
- Enforce health and safety, security and company procedures and policies.
We require:
- Proven experience as a retail manager within the fashion industry
- Strong leadership skills to manage your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer focused mindset
- High level of enthusiasm and motivation
Job Type & Salary:
Full Time
£31,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience)
7 days pro-rata
