Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and uphold safety policies
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits
Skills
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of beverages and ingredients
- Proven experience in bartending or serving in a restaurant or bar setting
- Ability to perform basic math quickly and accurately for transactions and measurements
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Familiarity with bartending techniques, drink recipes, and POS systems
- Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
Other Details
- Full-time position available - 38 hours, 4 days working week
- Part-time position available - Minimum 30 hours working required
