As a senior care assistant at Bowercroft, you will be looking after the different needs of our residents to deliver quality person centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising your team, administering medications, dealing with Doctors and District nurses alongside families and friends. As with all our employees you will be expected to always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, as well as creating a warm, welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
About You.
You should have NVQ level 3 Health and social care or equivalent. You should be warm-hearted, compassionate and committed.
