As a Pharmacy Technician with us, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the centre runs a safe, efficient and accurate dispensing service, including oral chemotherapy. You will work closely with the Lead Pharmacist and wider clinical team to support the delivery of high-quality oncology services within our new centre.
What You’ll Do
- Support dispensing of medicines including oral chemotherapy
- Manage stock control, ordering and medicines distribution
- Provide medicines reconciliation and top-up services
- Support safe and accurate charging and documentation
- Assist with governance, audits and quality improvement
- Provide advice to patients on medicines use
What You’ll Bring
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
- Experience in hospital pharmacy or medicines management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
