About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, welcoming and efficient service across the firm. This is a varied and hands-on position that combines reception duties, client service, administrative support and facilities coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Providing a warm and professional welcome to clients, visitors and suppliers.

Managing reception areas and ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and presented to a high standard.

Handling incoming and outgoing post, including scanning and distributing correspondence.

Monitoring and responding to enquiries received through the firm's general enquiries inbox.

Coordinating and responding to maintenance and facilities requests.

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Carrying out general administrative tasks and providing support to colleagues across the firm.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous experience in a customer service, reception, front-of-house or administrative role.

Be professional, personable and confident when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
-
Be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload.
-
Possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

Be proactive, reliable and keen to provide an exceptional service.
The successful candidate will be required to travel between our Rugby and Bicester office so reliable transport is essential.
