We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porter to join our friendly, fast-paced kitchen team.
With various part-time hours available, including weekends, this could be a great fit if you’re looking for flexible work without the late finishes normally associated with hospitality.
What you’ll be doing
- Washing pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment
- Operating the dishwasher and keeping the pot wash organised
- Keeping the kitchen, floors, storage and back-of-house areas spotlessly clean
- Emptying bins and managing food waste and recycling
- Putting away and rotating deliveries
- Supporting chefs with basic preparation when required
- Completing daily and scheduled deep-cleaning tasks
- Following food hygiene, COSHH and Health & Safety procedures
- Helping the kitchen team wherever needed during busy periods
What we’re looking for
You don’t need years of experience — a great attitude matters more.
You’ll be reliable, energetic, organised and happy to get stuck in as part of a busy team.
