We're looking for a friendly, practical and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our growing team. Whether you're solving a technical fault, installing a stairlift or servicing a mobility scooter, you'll play a vital role in helping our customers stay safe, mobile and independent.
What You'll Be Doing
- Service, repair and maintain mobility scooters, wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
- Install, service and maintain stairlifts and access ramps.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in customers' homes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism.
- Complete work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
- Accurately complete job sheets and service reports.
- Manage your daily workload across East & West Sussex, Surrey and West Kent.
What We're Looking For
- Strong practical fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on engineering background.
- Basic knowledge of DC electrical systems is an advantage, but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A patient, caring approach when working with elderly and disabled customers.
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
- Clean DBS record.
- Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours
Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)
No evenings or weekends
